Just three hours from the mainland, St. Thomas is an easy direct flight from many major U.S. cities. Because it is a U.S. territory, American citizens don’t need a passport to visit St. Thomas or any of the other U.S. Virgin Islands. English is the official language, we accept U.S. dollars and credit cards and all of your electrical devices will work here without the need to bring an adaptor!
