All-around Best Restaurant: Fish Bar
Fish Bar has it all - light, healthy fare inspired by the islands, creative cocktails and a welcoming atmosphere that will make you feel like you’re one of the locals. The secret to their success is in the details, like homemade buns and the hint of hot pepper in their Ay Papi cocktail. The fact that Fish Bar also has gorgeous ocean views and is just around the corner from Hull Bay just cements its spot as our pick for all-around best St. Thomas restaurant.

Best Local Cuisine: Gladys’ Cafe
Located in the heart of historic Charlotte Amalie, Gladys’ Cafe has been serving up island flavor for more than 30 years. It is one of the best to try local specialities like conch fritters and kallaloo soup. In fact, Gladys’ is so popular that she’s started bottling her best-selling hot sauces - just in case you want to take a taste of St. Thomas back home.

Best Ambiance
Our vote for best ambiance goes to Sea Salt at Sapphire Beach. During the day, you’re surrounded by the azure water of Sapphire Beach. At night, the roof retracts so that you can soak in the beauty of the stars. The food is just as good as the scenery, with upscale seafood dishes and a children's menu that will delight the youngest foodies in your group.
