Getting Your Bearings
St. Thomas is 13 miles long and four miles wide. Its hilly terrain is criss-crossed by a network of roads that allow you to travel from one spot to another with ease - although keep in mind that you will have to drive on the left side of the road! Many of the restaurants, shopping spots and attractions are located on the eastern half of the island, with the western half home to residential neighborhoods and remote beaches.
Northside
Villas 1-4: Estate Sherpenjewel, Villa Yellowbird, Lovenlund Bay Villa, Blue Horizons
These villas are notable for their proximity to St. Thomas’s most famous beach - Magens Bay Beach, the perfect spot for people-watching and playing in the waves. They’re also close to Hull Bay Beach (a great surfing spot) and just a few minutes from delicious banana daiquiris at Mountain Top. The lush, green Northside is notable for being a bit more quiet than other parts of the island and is also home to some of our favorite restaurants!

Approximate drive time to Charlotte Amalie: 7-10 minutes
Approximate drive time to Magens Bay: 10 minutes (the beach can be accessed from Estate Sherpenjewel via a hiking trail)

Central Island
Villas 5-6: Valley Road Villa and Passiflora
If you want to be conveniently close to everything, you can’t go wrong with one of our Central Island villas. Valley Road Villa and Passiflora put you at the heart of everything you’ll need during your time on St. Thomas, including shopping and dining at Red Hook and the Cyril E. King airport. Some of our favorite beaches, including Magens Bay, Sapphire and Coki, can be reached in just 10-15 minutes.

East End
Villas and Condos 7-11: Simplicity at Sapphire, Sapphire Dreams, Sea Haven, Waters Edge and Shoreline Villa*
If you want to be right on the beach, you’ve come to the right place! Two of our East End condos, Sapphire Dreams and Sea Haven, are located on beautiful Sapphire Beach. Simplicity at Sapphire is a short walk to the beach, and Waters Edge on Cabrita Point is just a 10-15 minute drive from Sapphire, Coki, Lindquist and Secret Harbour beaches. You’ll also be between 5-10 minutes from Red Hook, where you can find shopping, dining, nightlife and the ferry to St. John.

Approximate drive time to Sapphire Beach: Sapphire Dreams and Sea Haven are beachfront. Simplicity at Sapphire is a 5-minute walk, and Waters Edge and Shoreline Villa are a 10-minute drive to the beach.

Southside
Villas and Condos 12-15: Villa Breizh, Villa Marbella, Villa Marie, Island Time
If you love good food and drinks and quiet beaches, you can’t go wrong with one of our Southside condos or villas. You’ll be conveniently close to Limetree, Abi and Bolongo Bay beaches and just a few minutes from shopping and dining in Havensight and Charlotte Amalie.
